I ran my highly-reviewed popular Japanese restaurant in Christchurch for an enjoyable ten years.

The Christchurch earthquake prompted me to a change of scene, so I moved to Auckland.

In my time here, I’ve been Senior Teppanyaki Chef at the highly rated ‘Stamford Plaza’s Kabuki Restaurant’ and ‘The Grand Millennium Hotel’s Katsura Restaurant’. However, I have been in the industry for twenty years

What I love about teppanyaki is that it has let me combine a unique culinary art with my own entertaining routines.

We had a teppanyaki party at home last weekend. Highly recommend Marty Lowe and his team! Everyone was entertained and ate well. It was for my daughter’s 16th party and it went down a treat.
Highly recommend for a home party! No need to go out for Teppanyaki when you can have it at home provided you have the appropriate space.
